For UK companies

Software and AI development for UK companies, built by our team in India.

We build apps, platforms and AI features for British businesses from one office in Indore. The same work costs about a quarter of what a UK agency charges, our afternoon is your morning, and the contract, the code and the invoices are set up the way a UK company expects.

What it costs, in pounds

The same work, priced here and in the UK.

Each row comes from one of our cost guides, where the worked estimate and the UK sources are shown. Pounds at 113 rupees; our figures at a blended 16,000 rupees a person-day.

What you needWith our teamTypical UK priceThe working
A dedicated mid-level developer, per month£1,300 to £2,200£5,000 to £6,500 employed, £10,000 to £13,000 contractedHiring developers in India
A working MVP with accounts and one core featureAbout £6,700£23,500 to £47,000MVP development cost
One AI feature in an app you already run£2,200 to £4,400£15,000 to £40,000AI integration cost
A shopping app on your existing store£8,900 to £17,700£30,000 to £80,000E-commerce app cost
A payments or lending app on a licensed partner£5,300 to £26,500£40,000 to £150,000Fintech app cost

What does not get cheaper: anything paid to a UK regulator, a UK partner or a model provider. A UK fintech still needs UK permissions or a UK partner whoever writes the code, and an AI feature's running cost per user is the same wherever the team sits.

How it works

The questions UK companies ask before they ask about rates.

Most British buyers we talk to have already checked the price. What they want answered is the mechanics, so here is how we set each one up.

  • The contractYour master services agreement or ours, a statement of work for each engagement, and governing law we agree rather than dictate. We sign your NDA as a matter of course.
  • Who owns the workOn a dedicated team, everything is assigned to you as it is written and lives in your repositories. On a fixed price project, the code, designs, prompts and test sets are yours on final payment, and we do not reuse your product for other clients.
  • Prices and invoicesQuoted and invoiced in pounds if you prefer, monthly for a team or by milestone for a project, paid by bank transfer. Services exported from India carry no Indian GST. UK companies usually account for VAT on imported services under the reverse charge; your accountant should confirm it.
  • Your dataProduction data stays in your accounts. The team works on test data, and access to live systems is granted by you, logged, and removed on the last day. If your data must not leave the UK at all, tell us in discovery and we will say honestly whether we can work that way.
  • Who you talk toThe engineers who will build it, before you commit, not a salesperson standing in for them. An engineer replies to every enquiry within one working day.

Working hours

Our afternoon is your morning.

Indore is four and a half hours ahead of London in British Summer Time and five and a half in winter. That puts four to five hours of overlap inside every UK working day, which is where standups, reviews and demos happen. Something raised in your morning is usually handled the same day, and the rest of our day is focused build time.

We agree the overlap window in the first week and keep it, because a team that answers hours later is a team you stop asking.

What we build

For UK startups, scale-ups and agencies.

UK design, marketing and e-commerce agencies also use us as their development team when they have sold more work than their developers can build.

Proof you can check

Judge us on things you can open, and on people you can call.

We have taken four products of our own to market, and you can see them on our products page. This website is our work too, and the rebuild case study prints its before and after scores. Client write-ups are published without naming the client, so ask on a call and we will put you in touch with clients directly, including in the UK.

When we are the wrong choice. If you need people in your office every day, or a team covering your full working day, hire locally. If the work needs UK security clearance, or the data cannot be seen by anyone outside the UK, we are not the right partner, and we will tell you so on the first call.

Questions UK companies ask

How much cheaper is it than a UK agency?

For the same work, usually about a quarter of a UK agency's price, often less. A working MVP our worked estimate puts at 47 person-days costs about £6,700 with us against £23,500 to £47,000 at UK agency day rates of £500 to £1,000. A dedicated developer costs about a third of an equivalent UK employee once salary, tax and benefits are counted.

What hours do you work?

Indore is four and a half hours ahead of London in British Summer Time and five and a half in winter, so our afternoon is your morning. That gives four to five hours of overlap every working day for standups, reviews and calls, and something raised in your morning is usually handled the same day.

Can we use our own contract?

Yes. We work under your master services agreement or ours, with a statement of work per engagement, and the governing law is agreed between us. The clauses worth reading closely are IP assignment, confidentiality, notice and what happens to access on the last day, and all of them are in writing before work starts.

Do we pay VAT or Indian tax on your invoices?

No Indian tax: services exported from India are zero-rated for GST. UK companies usually account for VAT on imported services themselves under the reverse charge, which is normally neutral for a VAT-registered business that can reclaim VAT in full. Confirm it with your own accountant.

Who owns the code?

You do. On a dedicated team it is assigned to you as it is written and lives in your repositories. On a fixed price project, code, designs, prompts and test sets are yours on final payment.

Can we speak to the engineers, and to a client, before signing?

Yes to both. You meet the people who will build it before you commit, and we will put you in touch with clients, including in the UK, and you can ask them what went wrong as well as what went right.

How do we start?

For a defined product, a one-week discovery that ends in a fixed price. For a team, most roles start within two to three weeks. Either way the first step is a free 30-minute call, and the booking calendar shows times in your own time zone.

Next step

Tell us what you want to build. We will reply with a range in pounds.

A free 30-minute call with an engineer, at a time that suits London. You leave with a plan, a price range in pounds and an honest view on whether we are the right team for it.
