What we collect, and when
Browsing this site requires no account and asks you for nothing. We receive personal information in exactly three situations, each one started by you:
- The enquiry form collects your name, email address, your message, and optionally your company, budget band and timeline, along with the page you sent it from.
- Booking a call happens through Calendly, embedded on our booking page. What you enter there goes to Calendly under Calendly's privacy notice, and we receive the booking details.
- Emailing, calling or messaging us directly gives us whatever you include, handled the same way as an enquiry.
Where it goes
Enquiries are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service, and live in our business email from then on. We do not run a marketing database, and submitting the form does not subscribe you to anything. We use what you send to reply to you, and for nothing else without asking.
The site is hosted on Vercel, whose servers keep standard technical logs, including IP addresses, for security and operations, as almost every website's hosting does.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. If we enable analytics in future, currently Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity are wired but switched off, this page will be updated in the same release to say what runs and why. The embedded Calendly widget on the booking page loads from Calendly and may set its own cookies on that page only.
How long we keep enquiries
Enquiries are business correspondence, so we keep them for up to three years in case a conversation resumes, then delete them. If you would like yours deleted sooner, ask and we will do it within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to contact@appwizards.in and we will respond within 30 days. This is also our grievance contact under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we will never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for. If a law or a court requires disclosure, we will disclose only what is required.
Changes
If this site starts doing more with data than described here, this page changes first and the effective date above moves with it. Material changes will be noted plainly rather than buried.
