What this site is for
The site describes our services and products, publishes articles, and lets you contact us. You may read, link to and quote it with attribution. You may not scrape it wholesale to republish as your own, pass our content off as yours, or use the site to send us anything unlawful or abusive.
How to read our figures
Our articles and pages quote prices, timelines and technical figures in good faith, with the method shown wherever we can. They are market observations and worked examples, not quotations. The only numbers you can hold us to are the ones in a signed proposal, which we produce after a discovery process for exactly this reason. Model prices, tools and market rates change; a page carries the date it was last updated so you can judge its freshness.
Content ownership
The text, design, diagrams and code of this site belong to AppWizards except where noted. Photographs on the blog are used under the Unsplash licence and credited to it. The names of third-party products and companies mentioned on the site belong to their owners, and mentioning them does not imply their endorsement of us or ours of them.
Our products
Products we build and run, such as Crodo, Decornoa and TurboType, live on their own domains and have their own terms. This page does not govern your use of them.
Third-party links and embeds
The site links to external sites and embeds a Calendly scheduling widget on the booking page. Those services belong to their operators, and we are not responsible for their content or conduct. How data flows through them is described in the privacy policy.
No warranty on the website
The site is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it accurate, fast and available, and we publish our own audit scores, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on its general content. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under law, and it does not apply to contracted client work, which has its own terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute about this website.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves. The effective date above moves when we do, and continued use of the site after a change means the current version applies.
