About AppWizards

Exceptional team, clean code, happy clients.

That has been the short version of what we are trying to do since the beginning, and it is still the best one. We are an AI and software development company in Indore, India: more than twenty engineers and designers who have shipped 500 projects for clients and six products of our own.

What we do, in one paragraph

We design, build and run AI products: AI agents, LLM apps, voice AI and computer vision. We also build the mobile apps, websites and SaaS platforms they live inside, because an AI feature only creates value inside a real app with sign-in, payments and a design people like. We have shipped six products of our own, which is why our estimates are realistic.

Our story

We started with one app and a rule: it has to actually work.

AppWizards began in Indore more than eight years ago with a small team, a rented room and founders who needed apps that worked on the phones their customers actually owned. Nobody was asking us for a digital transformation strategy. They were asking whether the thing would load on a patchy network, whether payments would clear, and whether we would still answer the phone in six months.

Answering yes to that third question is most of what built this company. Five hundred projects later, a good share of our work still arrives from people we built something for years ago, or from the person they told about us.

Then we started building our own products, and everything we thought we knew about AI got tested with our own money. Crodo, our voice assistant for Mac, taught us what a second of delay does to a conversation. Decornoa taught us what a generated image costs when thousands of people upload a room photo on the same evening. The models were rarely the hard part. The bill, the queue and the sign-up screen were.

So we reorganised around that. Today most of what we build has AI somewhere in it, and every project team includes someone who has shipped an AI feature to real users and been woken up by it.

What it is like to work with us

You will talk to the people building your software.

No account manager relaying questions to a team you never meet. The engineer who scopes your project is the engineer who builds it, and they are on the call.

The first callThirty minutes with an engineer. You describe the problem, we ask the awkward questions, and you leave with a rough plan and a price range. There is no pitch deck.
Every week after thatA demo of working software on your data, a short written note on what moved, and the list of decisions we need from you. If something slipped, we say so that week, not at the end.
When we disagreeWe tell you, with the reason and the number behind it. You are paying for an opinion as much as for code, and an agency that only ever agrees is an expensive yes-machine.
When we finishYou get the code, the documentation, the test sets and a walkthrough. Stay on a retainer if it helps; take it in-house if that is better. Both endings are fine with us.

The team

Twenty-plus people, one office, no layers.

Engineers, designers, QA and a couple of people who keep the rest of us organised. Small enough that everyone knows what everyone else is shipping, big enough to run several projects properly at once.

The AppWizards team, fifteen engineers and designers, standing together
EngineeringMobile, web and backend engineers, including the ones who take AI features from prototype to production.
DesignProduct designers who sit with engineers, so what gets drawn is what gets built.
QualityTesters and automation, plus the test sets that keep AI features honest.
DeliveryThe people who keep timelines, demos and your questions from falling through the gaps.

How we work with clients

Six promises we make to every client, written down so you can hold us to them.

  1. 01A fixed price after discoveryOne week of discovery ends in a scope and a number. No hourly surprises, and no change orders for things we should have asked about.
  2. 02Tests before opinionsEvery AI feature ships with a test set of real examples. The decision to go live is a number you can read, not a demo that went well.
  3. 03You own everythingCode, prompts, test sets, designs and any models we train are yours on final payment. We do not reuse your product for other clients.
  4. 04We say noIf AI is the wrong tool, or a cheaper option exists, you hear it on the first call. A project we should not have taken is bad for both of us.
  5. 05Weekly demos, not monthly reportsYou see working software every week, on your data, with your team in the room.
  6. 06Your data stays yoursClient data is never used for training. Personal information is removed before it reaches a third-party model. NDAs are standard.

Why we focus on AI

We did not just add an AI page. We changed what we build.

The lessons from our own products were never about the models. They were about cost per user, response time, testing, and the ordinary software around the model that decides whether anyone keeps using it. Client projects soon needed exactly those things, so we reorganised the company around them rather than adding a page to the website.

Behind the scenes

An office in Indore, and the ordinary days that make the work good.

We work in one room behind C21 Mall, which means questions get answered by turning around rather than by opening a ticket. Demos are noisy, birthdays involve cake, and every festival is an excuse to decorate the office.

Careers

We hire people who have shipped something.

A finished side project tells us more than a certificate, and being able to explain a trade-off in plain words to a client matters as much as the code. If that sounds like you, write to us with a link to something you built and a sentence on what you would change about it now.

Next step

Tell us what you want to build. We will tell you what it costs and how long it takes.

A free 30-minute call with an engineer, not a salesperson. You leave with a clear plan, a price range and an honest opinion on whether AI is the right tool for the job.
